Our services include:
1. Assembly
PCI can assemble virtually any component and save our Customers money. Our ISO-9001:2000 certified systems and continuous improvement philosophy enable us to take assembly operations in-house and eliminate waste from them. This results in more efficient work cells and better quality and delivery performance.
2. Kitting
Our kitting operations vary from simple to complex consisting of small and large components.
3. Commodity Management / Distribution
PCI manages several commodities for all types of Customers. We provide the space and resources to order material, receive and inventory material, warehouse and, if necessary, sequence material to your facility on a JIT schedule for one price. Some of the parts we current manage include fasteners, fabricated components, starters, engines, exhaust components, rubber components and other class C items.
4. Sequencing
PCI has the ability and experience to sequence parts into any facility per a build sequence schedule provided by our Customers. This valuable manufacturing tool saves our Customers space in their facilities, streamlines their operations and saves them money while allowing us to handle minimum quantities of inventory. We sequence a vast array of assemblies and components for our current Customers.
5. Just-In-Time delivery
PCI has over 7 years of experience in JIT delivery to our Customers. This method of delivery eliminates scheduling and manufacturing problems by reducing the amount of finished goods inventory in our Customer’s facilities. It also makes the operator’s jobs easier by eliminating the need to sort through inventory and parts to retrieve the parts necessary for their jobs. We only ship our Customers what they need when they need it and where they need it in their facilities.
6. Real Time Inventory Management and Control

7. Cab Chassis Assembly
PCI converts strip chassis (HEV and Standard) into cab chassis for the shuttle bus and commercial truck industries. Proccesses include cab mount, cab trim, and front end assembly.
